1. The website

speculos.ai is a set of pages about what we do, a blog, and a form for getting in touch. The text, images, and design are ours. You may link to any page, and quote a short passage with attribution. You may not scrape the site or republish our content.

2. The platform

Speculos installs an AI platform inside your own infrastructure. That work is done under a separate written agreement. The agreement covers installation, updates, support, fees, and liability. These terms do not change it, and nothing on this website adds to it.

3. Contact form

Please use accurate information when you write to us. A message sent through the form does not create an agreement between us, and we may decline to respond.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for anything illegal, or to violate anyone's rights
• Interfere with the website, for example by probing its security, overloading it, or introducing malware
• Harvest content, email addresses, or other details from it with automated tools

5. Liability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that everything on it is current. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Liability for the platform is covered by your written agreement.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of the website after that notice means you accept them.
