By accessing or using the Speculos platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Speculos is an AI-powered advertising platform that analyzes markets to identify high-converting keywords and generates targeted ad campaigns for Facebook, Google, and TikTok. The Service includes keyword discovery, campaign generation, real-time optimization, and performance analytics.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Generate ad content that is misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written consent

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Speculos and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Ad creatives generated through the Service are licensed to you for use in your advertising campaigns. Speculos retains the right to use anonymized, aggregate data to improve the Service.

6. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Your free plan includes 50 ad generations per month.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speculos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
